Drip is the most common home method. Good drip coffee is mostly fresh beans, the right grind, a clean machine, and a real ratio.
Drip basics
- Grind: medium
- Ratio: about 1:15 to 1:17
- Beans: whole bean, grind before brew
- Machine: clean monthly so oils do not go rancid
- Water: filtered if tap tastes off
- Drink it fresh: leave it on a hot plate too long and it turns bitter

- Breakfast Blend, first cup of the day
