At Milestone Brewed Coffee, we want you to have full flexibility with your subscription or purchase options.
Order CancellationsΒ If you need to cancel an order, please contact us withinΒ 2 hours of placing itΒ at milestonebrewedcoffee@gmail.com. We'll do our best to cancel it before it enters fulfillment. We cannot guarantee cancellation after this window, but we'll always work with you to make it right.
Subscription CancellationsΒ You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at leastΒ 48 hours before your next renewal date. Contact us at milestonebrewedcoffee@gmail.com and we'll process your request promptly.
Refunds on CancellationsΒ If your cancellation is processed before fulfillment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation but may qualify for our satisfaction guarantee.
