Named for the people who built this country on hard work and early mornings, the Cowboy Blend is coffee that means business.

The Blend

The Cowboy Blend is a dark-leaning medium roast built on a foundation of Central and South American coffees, blended for maximum body, boldness, and consistency. We roast it darker than our House Blend to develop the dark chocolate and caramel notes that define its character, while keeping enough origin sweetness to prevent the bitterness that plagues lesser dark roasts.

The result is a cup that's bold without being harsh, intense without being one-dimensional, and satisfying in a way that makes you look forward to the next one.

How to Brew Cowboy Blend

Drip (Recommended for everyday) — The Cowboy Blend was built for drip. Set it up the night before, press a button in the morning, and wake up to a cup that actually does something. Use a 1:15 ratio and a medium grind. Works in any drip machine.

French Press — The full body comes through beautifully without a paper filter. Use a coarse grind, 1:15 ratio, steep 4 minutes, press slowly. Rich, bold, and deeply satisfying.

Moka Pot — Our top moka pot recommendation. The Cowboy Blend's boldness is amplified by the moka pot's pressure extraction, producing a concentrated cup with intense chocolate and caramel character. Use a medium-fine grind and medium-low heat.

Espresso — Produces a bold, full-bodied shot with real intensity. The dark chocolate and caramel notes come through clearly. Works well straight or as the base for milk drinks that need a coffee that can hold its own.

Cold Brew — The boldness and low acidity make it excellent cold-brewed. The chocolate and caramel notes deepen during the long steep. Use a 1:8 ratio, steep 18–24 hours. Bold, smooth, and satisfying over ice.

Percolator — The Cowboy Blend was practically made for a percolator. Bold enough to hold up to repeated cycling, low-acid enough to stay smooth. Use a coarse grind and medium-low heat for 7–9 minutes.
