At Milestone Brewed Coffee, every order is packed with care and shipped free to your door — no minimums, no exceptions, anywhere in the USA.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Subscription orders follow the same timeline and are processed on your selected billing cycle date. If that date falls on a weekend or holiday, your order ships the next business day.

Delivery Time Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates vary by location and are not guaranteed — carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control.

If Something Goes Wrong Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we're no longer able to control delivery timing. But we're still here for you. If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, reach out and we'll do our best to make it right.
