At Milestone Brewed Coffee, we don't accept traditional returns, but we're committed to making every experience right.

If you're unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at milestonebrewedcoffee@gmail.com and we'll work with you on a resolution β€” whether that's aΒ replacement,Β store credit, or aΒ full refund.

Damages and IssuesΒ Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

RefundsΒ If a refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at milestonebrewedcoffee@gmail.com.

Promotional & Discount Purchases:Β Refund eligibility is not affected by the use of discount codes (including WELCOME10), promotional offers, or Buy 2 Get 1 Free deals. If a refund is approved, you will be refunded the amount you actually paid at the time of purchase.

Free Sample & Swag Policy

Milestone Brewed Coffee does not offer free samples or free swag to individual customers. Samples are only provided to verified wholesale buyers, retail partners, or approved collaborations. All other sample requests will not be processed.
