Ours is built on a foundation of Central and South American Arabica — origins known for their natural sweetness, clean body, and approachable character. We roast to a smooth medium that develops the natural sugars in the bean without pushing into roast-forward territory. The result is a cup that's genuinely satisfying black, but equally at home with milk, cream, or your preferred alternative. How to Brew

Drip (Recommended) — The House Blend was made for drip. Consistent, clean, and reliable every morning. 1:15 ratio, medium grind. The aroma fills the kitchen from the first drip.

Pour Over — Highlights the brightness and chocolate notes with clarity. 1:15 ratio, water at 200°F, medium-fine grind. Bloom 45 seconds.

French Press — Full body and chocolate notes come through beautifully. Coarse grind, 1:15 ratio, steep 4 minutes.

Cold Brew — Smooth and naturally sweet over ice. 1:8 ratio, steep 18–24 hours. One of the best cold brew options in our lineup.
