Mexican hot chocolate is one of the great comfort drinks of the world — rich chocolate, warm cinnamon, and a hint of vanilla, combined in a way that's both indulgent and deeply satisfying. Our Mexican Chocolate coffee captures that exact combination in a cup: specialty-grade Arabica beans naturally flavored with chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla. Rich enough to satisfy a sweet craving. Smooth enough to be your everyday cup. A celebration in every sip.
Why We Made This
Traditional Mexican chocolate — used in hot chocolate and mole sauce — combines cacao with cinnamon, vanilla, and sometimes almonds. It's a more complex, spiced chocolate than the European style, and it produces a flavor combination that's immediately recognizable and deeply satisfying. We translated that combination into a coffee that honors the tradition. Natural chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla flavoring applied to the beans while they're still warm from roasting — the warmth opens the bean's pores and locks in the aroma and flavor. The result is a coffee that smells like a Mexican chocolate shop and delivers on that promise in every cup.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the flavoring natural?
Yes — natural chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla flavoring only. No artificial flavoring, no synthetic aftertaste.
How does it compare to Mocha?
Mocha is pure dark chocolate — rich and clean. Mexican Chocolate adds cinnamon and vanilla, producing a more complex, spiced cup. If you love Mocha and want more complexity, Mexican Chocolate is the natural next step.
Do I need to add sugar?
No — the three natural flavors combine for a cup that's naturally sweet. Most people enjoy it without any added sugar, even black.
What roast level is this?
Medium. Calibrated to let all three flavor notes — chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla — shine equally without any one dominating.
