Latin America produces more specialty coffee than any other region in the world — and our Latin American Blend is a celebration of the best it has to offer. A medium roast that combines coffees from across Central and South America, blended to showcase the natural sweetness, clean acidity, and balanced character that makes Latin American coffee the foundation of so many great cups.
The Blend
Our Latin American Blend draws from the region's most expressive origins — Colombia, Brazil, Guatemala, Peru, Mexico, Honduras, and Costa Rica — blended to produce a cup that's greater than any single origin alone. Each component is selected for how it contributes to the whole: the Colombian component brings caramel sweetness and brightness, the Brazilian component brings body and nuttiness, the Central American components bring balance and warmth.
Flavor Profile
- Caramel sweetness — natural and warm, the defining note
- Milk chocolate — smooth and rich, the backbone of the cup
- Mild, bright acidity — lively but gentle, adding freshness
- Medium body — substantial and satisfying
- Clean, balanced finish — no bitterness, no harshness
How to Brew Latin American Blend
Drip (Recommended) — Consistent and reliable. The caramel sweetness and chocolate notes come through clearly. Use a 1:15 ratio and a medium grind.
Pour Over — Highlights the balance and clarity. Use a 1:15 ratio, water at 200°F, medium-fine grind. Bloom 45 seconds.
Espresso — The caramel sweetness and medium body make it an excellent everyday espresso. Works well straight or with milk.
Cold Brew — The mild acidity and natural sweetness make it excellent cold-brewed. Use a 1:8 ratio, steep 18–24 hours.

- Everyday drip coffee — approachable, consistent, and genuinely excellent

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Latin American Blend compare to House Blend?
Both are medium roast blends with natural sweetness and balance. The House Blend is our signature everyday blend, optimized for consistency. The Latin American Blend celebrates the specific character of the region — slightly more origin-forward, with more caramel and chocolate character.
