We start with specialty-grade Arabica beans, brew them into a concentrated coffee, and freeze-dry the result — a process that preserves the flavor compounds that spray-drying destroys. Freeze-drying is the gold standard for instant coffee production. Unlike spray-drying — which uses high heat that destroys delicate flavor compounds — freeze-drying removes moisture at low temperatures, preserving the aromatic compounds that make coffee taste like coffee. How to Brew Instant Coffee
Hot (Recommended) — Add one serving to 8oz of hot water (just off boil). Stir until dissolved. Adjust amount to taste.
Iced — Dissolve one serving in 2oz of hot water, then pour over ice and add cold water or milk to taste. The freeze-dried format dissolves cleanly even when diluted cold.
