About this coffee

Most coffee blends fall flat in cold brew. They're designed for hot extraction — the heat does the work of pulling flavor from the bean. Cold brew is different: it extracts slowly, selectively, and without heat, which means the blend needs to be built specifically for the method. Our Cold Brew blend was designed from the ground up for cold extraction — and it shows in every glass.

Why a Dedicated Cold Brew Blend?

Cold brew extracts differently than hot coffee. Without heat, certain flavor compounds — particularly acids and bitter compounds — are left behind. What comes through is sweetness, body, and the deeper, more chocolatey notes that cold extraction favors. A blend designed for cold brew emphasizes those qualities: low acidity, heavy body, and flavor notes that deepen and improve during the long steep.

Our Cold Brew blend is built around those requirements. We combine medium-roasted origins with natural sweetness, good body, and flavor notes — chocolate, toffee, and floral — that translate beautifully to cold extraction. Roasted fresh in Temecula, California — in most cases the same day it ships.

Flavor Profile

Our Cold Brew blend delivers:

  • Rich chocolate — deep and prominent, the backbone of the cold brew
  • Toffee sweetness — natural and caramelized, no sugar needed
  • Floral finish — a delicate elegance that prevents the cup from feeling heavy
  • Silky mouthfeel — smooth and substantial, the hallmark of great cold brew
  • Moderate acidity — balanced and clean, not sharp
  • Long, sweet finish — the chocolate and toffee linger pleasantly

How to Make Cold Brew at Home

Standard Cold Brew (Ready to Drink)

  1. Grind extra coarse — coarser than French press
  2. Combine 1 part coffee to 8 parts cold water by weight (e.g., 60g coffee to 480g water)
  3. Stir to saturate all grounds
  4. Cover and steep in the fridge for 18–24 hours
  5. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
  6. Pour over ice and serve

Cold Brew Concentrate

  1. Use a 1:4 ratio (e.g., 60g coffee to 240g water)
  2. Steep 18–24 hours in the fridge
  3. Strain and dilute 1:1 with water or milk before serving

Nitro Cold Brew — Our blend is specifically designed for nitro. Charge your cold brew concentrate with nitrogen for a creamy, cascading pour that showcases the chocolate and toffee notes beautifully.

Best For

  • Cold brew at home — the blend that was built for it
  • Nitro cold brew — designed specifically for nitrogen infusion
  • Iced lattes — the chocolate and toffee notes work beautifully with milk over ice
  • Meal prep — make a large batch on Sunday, drink all week
  • People who want smooth, low-acid coffee — cold brew is naturally lower in acidity than hot coffee
