The bold, volcanic character of Bali Blue — now in pod form. Smoky depth, rich full body, warm spice, and a smooth finish that hits hard without the harshness. All the intensity of our Bali single origin, in a format that works in most single-serve brewers with zero setup. Bold mornings, simplified.
Why We Made This
Bali Blue is one of the most distinctive coffees in our lineup — smoky, volcanic, and deeply satisfying. We put it in pod form because the character of this coffee is bold enough to come through clearly even in single-serve extraction. Most delicate single origins lose their nuance in a pod. Bali Blue doesn't. The smokiness and full body are robust enough to survive the format and deliver a genuinely impressive cup every time.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the pod compare to whole bean Bali Blue?
The pod delivers the core character of Bali Blue — smokiness, full body, low acidity — in a convenient format. For the fullest expression, whole bean brewed in a French press is ideal. But the pod is an excellent everyday option when you want that character without the setup.
Is this the same coffee as Bali Blue?
Yes — same specialty-grade Arabica from Bali's Kintamani highlands, freshly roasted and sealed in pod format. The convenience changes. The character doesn't.
Is it good for sensitive stomachs?
Yes — Bali Blue is naturally very low acid due to its wet-hulled processing. One of the boldest yet most stomach-friendly pod options we offer.
When is it at its best?
Pods are sealed at peak freshness immediately after roasting. Use within the recommended window on the packaging for the best cup.
Our coffee comes from our roasting partner, Temecula Coffee Roasters, in Temecula, CA. They source 100% Arabica specialty-grade beans, roast each batch fresh to order, and handle packaging, labeling, and shipping — often the same day it's roasted.
