We start with specialty-grade Arabica beans — the same quality we use in our whole bean and ground coffees — and seal them in oxygen-free capsules immediately after roasting to lock in freshness. Our improved filter design increases the extraction surface area, producing a fuller, bolder cup from the same amount of coffee.
