Specialty-grade Brazilian single-origin beans, smooth medium roast, natural hazelnut oil applied while the beans are still warm. Why We Made This

The choice of base bean matters enormously in flavored coffee. Brazilian coffee has a natural nuttiness and sweetness that pairs perfectly with hazelnut — the two flavors are natural complements. The Brazilian base brings almond and chocolate notes that enhance the hazelnut rather than competing with it. We use natural hazelnut oil applied to the beans while they're still warm from roasting — the warmth opens the bean's pores and locks in the aroma and flavor. The result is a coffee that smells like a hazelnut bakery from the moment you open the bag and delivers on that promise in every cup.

Specialty-grade medium roast Brazilian Arabica coffee, natural hazelnut oil. No artificial flavoring. No added sugar. Roasted and flavored to order. Roasted fresh in Temecula, California — in most cases the same day it ships.

Yield: ~17–24 cups per 12oz bag. Larger sizes scale proportionally.

How to Brew

Drip (Recommended) — Consistent and clean. Hazelnut character comes through clearly. 1:15 ratio, medium grind. The aroma fills the kitchen from the first drip.

Hazelnut Latte — Brew double-strength and add steamed milk. Natural sweetness means no syrup needed — just coffee, milk, and the hazelnut already in the bean. Better than any coffee shop version.

Cold Brew — Natural sweetness and hazelnut notes deepen beautifully during the long steep. Smooth, nutty, and dessert-like over ice. 1:8 ratio, steep 18–24 hours.

French Press — Medium body comes through fully without a paper filter. Coarse grind, 1:15 ratio, steep 4 minutes. Rich and nutty.
