We use natural cinnamon and hazelnut flavoring applied to specialty-grade Arabica beans while they're still warm from roasting. The warmth opens the bean's pores and locks in the aroma and flavor. Ingredients

Specialty-grade medium roast Arabica coffee, natural cinnamon flavoring, natural hazelnut flavoring. No artificial flavoring. No added sugar. Roasted and flavored to order. Roasted fresh in Temecula, California — in most cases the same day it ships.

Yield: ~17–24 cups per 12oz bag. Larger sizes scale proportionally.

How to Brew

Drip (Recommended) — Consistent and clean. Both flavor notes come through clearly. 1:15 ratio, medium grind. The aroma fills the kitchen from the first drip.

Cinnamon Hazelnut Latte — Brew strong and add steamed milk. Natural sweetness means no syrup needed. Warm, spiced, and genuinely impressive.

Cold Brew — Cinnamon and hazelnut notes deepen beautifully during the long steep. Surprisingly excellent over ice. 1:8 ratio, steep 18–24 hours.
