Why We Made This

We use natural peppermint flavoring applied to specialty-grade Arabica beans while they're still warm from roasting. The warmth opens the bean's pores and allows the flavoring to penetrate, locking in the aroma and flavor. The result is a coffee with a genuine peppermint character — crisp, refreshing, and clean — without any artificial aftertaste. We made it year-round because the holiday feeling shouldn't have an expiration date.

Ingredients

Specialty-grade medium roast Arabica coffee, natural peppermint flavoring. No artificial flavoring. No added sugar. Roasted and flavored to order. Roasted fresh in Temecula, California — in most cases the same day it ships.

Yield: ~17–24 cups per 12oz bag. Larger sizes scale proportionally.

How to Brew

Drip (Recommended) — Consistent and clean. Peppermint character comes through clearly. 1:15 ratio, medium grind. The aroma fills the kitchen from the first drip.

Peppermint Mocha Latte — Brew strong, add steamed milk and a small amount of cocoa powder. The peppermint and chocolate combination is exceptional — a homemade peppermint mocha that beats any coffee shop version. No syrup needed.

Iced Peppermint Coffee — Brew double-strength and pour over ice. The peppermint is particularly refreshing cold.
