Why We Made This

Dark roast drinkers don't want a lighter cup — they want power. But most functional coffees sacrifice roast quality for the mushroom story. We refused. We start with specialty-grade Arabica beans, take them to a true dark roast to develop full body and dark chocolate depth, then blend in meaningful doses of Lion's Mane, Chaga, and Reishi. Drip (Recommended) — Consistent and bold. Use a 1:15 ratio and a medium grind. The dark character comes through clean and strong.

French Press — Full body shines here. Coarse grind, 1:15 ratio, steep 4 minutes. Rich and immersive.

Espresso — A bold, functional shot with real intensity. Works straight or as the base for milk drinks.

Cold Brew — Low acidity and bold character make this exceptional cold-brewed. 1:8 ratio, steep 18–24 hours. Smooth, dark, and powerful over ice.
