There's a specific feeling that comes from walking past a cinnamon roll bakery — warm, sweet, spiced, and immediately comforting. The Cinnabun captures that feeling in a cup. Specialty-grade single-origin beans, smooth medium roast, natural cinnamon spice applied while the beans are still warm. The result is a coffee that smells like a bakery and tastes like the best part of a Sunday morning.
Why We Made This
We use natural cinnamon spice flavoring applied to the beans while they're still warm from roasting. The warmth opens the bean's pores and locks in the aroma and flavor. The result is a coffee that fills your kitchen with the smell of fresh cinnamon rolls from the first brew and delivers on that promise in every cup. We made this because some mornings deserve to smell like a bakery.

How to Brew
Drip (Recommended) — The most reliable method. Cinnamon character comes through clearly and the aroma fills the kitchen. 1:15 ratio, medium grind.
Cinnamon Latte — Brew strong and add steamed oat milk. Natural sweetness means no syrup needed. The cinnamon and oat milk combination is exceptional.
Pour Over — Highlights the clarity and spice. 1:15 ratio, water at 200°F, medium-fine grind. Bloom 45 seconds.
Cold Brew — Warm spice deepens beautifully during the long steep. Surprisingly excellent over ice. 1:8 ratio, steep 18–24 hours.
Best For
- Cozy mornings — the cup that makes you look forward to waking up
- Weekend brunch — pairs beautifully with pastries, pancakes, and anything sweet
- Cinnamon lovers who want that flavor in their daily cup
- Gifting — the aroma alone makes it a memorable gift
